These Terms of Service are the rules for using autovoth.com, buying products from Autovoth, and interacting with the features, content, and services available through this store (together, the “Services”). The store uses Shopify’s commerce platform. By accessing the Services or submitting an order, you agree to these Terms and the policies linked from the store.

Your role as a customer

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase in the place where you live. If you create an account, keep its credentials confidential and tell us if you believe it has been accessed without permission. Checkout and account details must be complete and accurate. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

The product information you see

We work to make descriptions, photographs, colors, measurements, and other product details useful and accurate. Actual appearance can vary with screen settings, room lighting, and ordinary manufacturing tolerances. Product availability, assortment, and quantities can change. Product pages and care or assembly instructions should be reviewed before use.

Prices and payment

The price and currency displayed at checkout apply to your order. Shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other amounts are shown at checkout when the relevant systems can calculate them; government or carrier charges may also apply in the destination country. Prices may change before checkout is completed. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted and authorize the applicable processors to collect the final checkout total.

How orders become accepted

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. An automated confirmation means we received the request, not that acceptance is guaranteed. We may review, limit, decline, or cancel an order because of payment failure, suspected fraud, an inventory or pricing error, a delivery restriction, misuse of a promotion, or another reasonable operational issue. If a paid order is cancelled, funds are returned to the original payment method.

Delivery, returns, and refunds

Our Shipping Policy explains processing, tracking, delivery estimates, and parcel issues. Our Return Policy explains eligibility, authorization, exchanges, cancellations, and refund timing. Both form part of these Terms.

Fair and lawful use

Do not use the Services to break the law, commit fraud, interfere with security or performance, introduce harmful software, collect data through abusive automated methods, impersonate another person, infringe intellectual-property or privacy rights, or submit content that is misleading, unlawful, or harmful. We may restrict access when reasonably needed to protect customers, Autovoth, Shopify, or other parties.

Store content and permitted use

Brand elements, site design, copy, graphics, photographs, and other content are owned by or licensed to Autovoth and may be protected by intellectual-property law. You may access the store for personal, non-commercial shopping. Reproduction, resale, publication, alteration, or commercial exploitation requires permission unless law expressly allows it.

Reviews, images, and suggestions

When you submit a review, photograph, comment, or suggestion, you confirm you have the right to provide it and that it is truthful, lawful, and respectful of others’ rights. You grant Autovoth a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, and display that submission in connection with the Services. We may moderate or remove content that conflicts with these Terms.

Third-party tools and destinations

Payments, applications, links, and other tools may be provided by independent third parties. Their services have separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for content or systems we do not control, though mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is handled. Shopify also processes information to operate its platform and related commerce services.

Service availability and disclaimers

The Services are offered on an “as available” basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. We do not promise uninterrupted access or that every error will be corrected immediately. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty, remedy, or consumer protection that cannot legally be excluded.

Limits of responsibility

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Autovoth and its service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses connected with use of the Services. Any limitation applies only where lawful and does not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

Responsibility for misuse

Where permitted by law, you agree to reimburse Autovoth for third-party claims and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful misuse of the Services or a material breach of these Terms.

If part of these Terms cannot apply

If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms without our consent; we may transfer them in connection with a legitimate business reorganization or transaction.

Applicable rules and resolving concerns

The laws that apply to the transaction and any mandatory consumer protections remain in effect. Before beginning a formal dispute, please email us with the relevant details so we can try to understand and resolve the concern.

Updates to these Terms
