Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to purchases from Autovoth.

30-day request window

Request an eligible return within 30 calendar days after delivery by emailing support@autovoth.com with the order number, item, and reason. Do not send a parcel before receiving authorization.

Condition and eligibility

Items should be unused, unaltered, and unassembled where reasonably possible, with all parts, accessories, manuals, and original packaging. Personalized goods, gift cards, hazardous materials, opened hygiene-sensitive goods, and items lawfully marked final sale are not returnable unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. For an item that arrives damaged, defective, materially misdescribed, or different from the item ordered, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return costs where required.

Return address

Authorized returns must be sent to: Room 405, South Block, Jinwen Digital Valley, Huangtian Subdistrict, Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, China. This return address is not the company’s registered address. Always wait for authorization and packing instructions.

Refund timing

After the return is received, inspected, and approved, we process the refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Banks and payment providers may require additional posting time.
