Last updated: September 8, 2026
This notice explains how Autovoth handles personal information when you browse autovoth.com, place or manage an order, contact us, subscribe to communications, or otherwise use the store (the “Services”). Shopify supplies the commerce platform and processes information needed to provide it.
What this notice covers
Personal information is information that identifies you or can reasonably be linked to you. The information involved depends on your actions, device, location, and the features or providers used.
Information you provide
- Contact and delivery details: name, email, phone number, billing address, and shipping address.
- Transaction details: products, order history, payment status, returns, refunds, discounts, and limited payment-related data from payment processors. We do not receive the complete payment-card number.
- Account details: login credentials, saved preferences, and account activity.
- Your communications: support messages, form entries, reviews, photographs, survey answers, and other submissions.
Information collected through use
We and our providers may automatically receive IP address, browser and device details, identifiers, cookie data, pages viewed, searches, referring links, timestamps, interactions, and approximate location inferred from technical information. Fraud and security signals may also be collected.
Where information comes from
Information can come directly from you, automatically from your browser or device, from Shopify, from payment and fulfilment providers, and from other business partners where permitted by law.
Why we use information
We use information to operate and improve the Services; provide checkout and account functions; process payments, orders, shipping, returns, and support; communicate about transactions; personalize content; send marketing when allowed; understand site performance; prevent fraud and protect security; maintain records; comply with legal obligations; and establish or defend legal claims.
Who may receive information
Information may be disclosed to Shopify; payment processors; fulfilment, warehouse, logistics, and delivery providers; hosting, analytics, advertising, marketing, customer-service, fraud-prevention, and technology vendors; professional advisers; authorities when lawfully required; and participants in a financing, merger, reorganization, or sale. We may also disclose information at your direction or with your consent.
Shopify’s role
Shopify hosts and supports the store and may process information about your use of the Services in multiple countries. Read the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy for more information about Shopify’s practices.
Cookies and related technology
Cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar tools help run checkout and site features, remember settings, measure performance, prevent fraud, and support advertising. Available consent controls and browser settings let you manage some of these technologies. Blocking them may reduce functionality.
Advertising choices, sale, and sharing
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain disclosures through advertising or analytics technology may qualify as a “sale,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some laws. Where required, use the store’s privacy-choice tools or contact us to opt out.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the information and why it is needed. We keep records only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, maintain tax and business records, complete transactions, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Protection of information
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. No online transmission or storage system is completely secure. Do not email full payment-card data, government identifiers, or other highly sensitive information.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, know, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing of, or receive a copy of your information; withdraw consent; opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or sharing; or appeal a privacy decision. Some exceptions apply. We may need to verify your identity and the authority of an agent before responding.
Marketing email can be stopped through the unsubscribe link. Service, order, account, safety, and legal messages may still be sent.
International processing
Shopify and other providers may process information outside your country. Where required, recognized legal safeguards are used for international transfers.
Children
The Services are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect children’s personal information contrary to applicable law. A parent or guardian may contact us about deletion.
Links to other services
Third-party links lead to services we do not control. Review their notices before providing information because their privacy and security practices may differ.
Changes to this notice
We may update this Privacy Policy as practices, technology, or legal obligations change. The latest version and date will appear here.
